Our counselling services are NDIS-approved, meaning that they meet the necessary criteria for claimable support under the scheme. Our team is committed to assisting you in navigating the process of claiming NDIS funding and rebates for our services.
Currently, Medicare does not offer provider numbers to counsellors, only to psychologists. If your doctor provides you with a Mental Health Treatment Plan, such a plan covers only 10 sessions per calendar year.
Our prices reflect the current Medicare rebates and are not limited to 10 per year, ensuring you can access the support you need beyond the Medicare cap. Additionally, Medicare rebates do not apply to couples, family, and perinatal and postnatal counselling, but we strive to keep our services affordable to make comprehensive support accessible for all our clients.
Due to high demand for appointments, cancellations made with less than two full business days' notice will incur a fee up to the full session cost. To avoid this fee, please provide at least two full business days' notice when rescheduling or canceling sessions. As a courtesy, you will receive a reminder text message four business days prior to your appointment.
